Bruna got right back to me and after sending her a picture of my furniture she provided a reasonable quote and scheduled my service in a timely manner. Pedro arrived as scheduled. Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers are not. We work with lockboxes, codes and keys, all logged and handled by the same crew every visit.

Is the first visit different?

Usually yes. The first clean establishes a baseline and takes longer, so it is priced separately from the recurring visits that follow.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, everything. If you prefer specific products for a surface, leave them out and tell us.
